I’m sure you’ll agree…there’s possibly nothing more soothing than the sound of water. Right now, Matt and I sleep with a sound machine in our bedroom, which is set to the sound of ocean waves. It’s nice, but it’s certainly a far cry from the real thing.
I’ve always thought it would be nice to replace the sound machine with the sound of real water, and a wall fountain seems like the perfect way to do that.
Lately, I’ve seen some really nice wall fountains. Here are a couple of my favorites:

This Sunrise Springs Wall Water Fountain is my absolute favorite. It comes in several different finishes, with several surface material choices, but the contemporary look of the stainless steel really appeals to me. However, if I were to get this one, I think I would replace the rocks with colored glass pieces (like those that are used in contemporary gas fireplaces) to enhance the contemporary style.

I really like the shape of this Inspiration Falls Wall Fountain, and again, there are so many options for the trim color and the surface material.
So what do you think? Do you have a wall fountain? If so, do you enjoy it? What room do you use yours in? I don’t think there’s a “wrong” place to use a wall fountain, but my choice would definitely be my bedroom.
