Who should advertise on Addicted 2 Decorating

Advertising on our website is available to any person or business who offers products or services related to:

home interiors, interior decorating, interior design, art, remodeling, furniture, wall finishes, lighting, landscaping, etc.

If you’re not certain if your business is a good fit, contact us and we’ll let you know what we think! Our main goal is to bring relevant advertisers to our readers.

We also gladly welcome (actually, prefer) indie artists, indie designers, and small businesses who offer home-related products and services.

General Ad Specifications

At A2D, we strive for simplicity. In keeping with that spirit, we offer one type of ad only, which allows the greatest possible amount of visibility at one unbelievably low price.

Here's what you get:

1. A 150px wide X 150px button ad on our Sponsors page. This ad can be submitted as a .jpg, .gif, or .png file. Ad may be static or animated. (Please, no rapidly flashing ads.)

2. Your 150px button ad will also be placed in rotation on the right sidebar of every single page on the A2D website (every page with a right sidebar, that is). Every single page on the A2D website can accommodate up to 15 rotating ad spots, so your ad is guaranteed to have a great deal of exposure on our site. The A2D site currently has over 200 pages, and this number is steadily growing as we add new informational articles and DIY projects.

**Beginning in November 2009, advertisers' buttons will also be rotated on the A2D Blog. (A right column is being added to our blog.)

Advertising rate

You get all of the above for an unbelievably low price:

$15 (USD) per month

I told you! We really want to make advertising affordable for indie artists, designers and small businesses. And the best part? You can pay monthly!

Because we offer advertising at such a low price, we do ask that you commit to at least six months of advertising to minimize our administrative requirements. However, we understand that indie designers and small businesses may not always be able to commit to long advertising contracts, so we don't require one.

Additional Benefits:

As an A2D advertiser, you will also have two other short-term advertising options available to you, which can be utilized to advertise specials, sales, or new items/services that you have available.

Sponsor a blog post: The Addicted 2 Decorating blog is updated at least five times per week. When you sponsor a post, your ad will be placed at the bottom of the post, linked directly to your website. Size: 300px wide X 40px high
Price: $5 per day, or $20 per week
Leaderboard ad: Place a banner ad at the very top of the site. This ad will appear on every page of the Addicted 2 Decorating site.
Size: 700px wide X 100px high
Price: $15 per day, or $70 per week
