Advertise With A2D

 

Addicted 2 Decorating has advertising opportunities available for businesses of any size. While I’m happy to accommodate the advertising needs of large companies, this pricing was set with bloggers and small business owners in mind. (Hey, after all, I’m a small business owner! I know first hand how tough it can be!!) So, here’s the scoop…

 

A2D’s Vital Stats:

Addicted 2 Decorating currently averages about 197,600 visitors per month, and 645,000 page views per month. A2D has an Alexa rank of 92,860. (Stats last updated 5/14/2012.)

Here at A2D, I like to focus on budget friendly interior decorating ideas, DIY projects, and low cost home improvement. I’d be more than happy to have you advertise any quality product or service that fits into the broad category of home and garden, and that offers something of value to my readers.

 

Advertising Opportunities Available:

I offer three different advertising opportunities as follows…

Banner advertisements:

  1. These ads are placed in the side column, and appear on just about every page and post on Addicted 2 Decorating, including every page in the photo gallery;
  2. Banner ads are sold on a monthly (30-day) basis;
  3. Banner ads are available in three different sizes (shown below).

Text Link Ads:

Contextual text ads are available on blog posts over 15 days old.  I allow up to three text ads per post .  Text ads are sold on an annual contract (365 days) for $180 per link.

If you are interested in a contextual text link, I can assist you in finding a blog post that fits your key words. (The key word search function on the text ad purchase page doesn’t search accurately.)  Please contact me (Kristi) at addicted2decorating@live.com for assistance.

Please note:  I no longer accept text ads in the main section of the home page (www.addicted2decorating.com) or in the gray footer of my site.  All text links must be located on a page with a blog post of a topic relevant to your text link.

Guest Post Submissions:

If you would like to submit a guest post to Addicted 2 Decorating for the purpose of link-building/SEO, I accept these posts (and charge for them just like any other advertising), with conditions:

  1. The article must be on a topic that is relevant to the Addicted 2 Decorating site (home and garden, decorating, DIY, home improvement, etc.);
  2. The article must be informative in nature, and cannot read like a long advertisement promoting your product/service;
  3. The article must be at least 500 words;
  4. The article must be 100% completely unique (no duplicate content, no spun articles, etc.);
  5. The article must be quality content (check for grammar and spelling, please!);
  6. The article can contain up to three contextual links back to your (or your client’s) site;
  7. The article must contain a byline at the top so that my readers know it was not written by me;
  8. The article must contain at least one quality photograph that illustrates the topic of the post (you must obtain any required permission/copyright releases necessary for the photo to appear on my site, and you must provide a link to the original source);
  9. The article will be identified at the bottom as a sponsored post.  I am happy to work with you regarding the wording, but disclosure IS NOT optional.  PLEASE DO NOT agree to a sponsored guest post, and then ask me to remove the disclosure after the agreement has been made and the post has been posted to Addicted 2 Decorating.

All articles submitted will be reviewed for quality and checked for duplicate content.  A maximum of one guest post submission will be published per week (on Sunday).  The cost of a guest post with up to three contextual links is $180.

Please note:  I don’t take the submission of crappy content lightly.  If you submit crap content just to get links, your article will be denied.  You will have two (2) opportunities for re-write, but if it’s still not up to par, your post will be permanently denied, and your money refunded, minus a 25% administrative fee.  If you submit duplicate content/spun articles to me, your article will be permanently denied with zero (0) opportunities for re-write, and your money will be refunded, minus a 25% administrative fee.  The bottom line:  If your going to submit an article, be sure that it’s quality content, not duplicate content, and not a spun article.
