Decorative Flower Pot With Faux Glazed Ceramic Roses

Fancy decorative flower pots can be kind of expensive, but Vivienne from The V Spot shared a fairly simple technique for turning a plain terra cotta flower pot into a decorative flower pot with faux glazed ceramic roses.
