When I came across this tiny Victorian cottage, I was absolutely blown away. It is absolutely one of the most picture-perfect things I’ve ever seen. And since I’m not a huge fan of shabby chic design, that’s pretty amazing!
This little cottage belongs to Sandra Foster. It has no bathroom or kitchen, so it’s not her home. But it is her cherished retreat, and she created it with her own two hands. You see, it started out as a plain 9′ X 14′ hunting cabin, but she transformed it into her dream.

Hey there! Thanks so much for visiting! :-)

This cottage and Thoreau's cabin at Walden are practically the same size, but are at opposite ends of the universe.

Great posting! This does make Shabby Chic new again! Thank you for your creative blog on decorating.
This is perfect, and beautiful, and very clever. Love the books all the way to the ceiling. Just think what she do if she moved in another room for kitchen and bathroom. I would do birch trees and wolves. What a great idea.
