Tabletop Storage Unit With Damask Design

I’m kind of a sucker for a great damask pattern, whether it’s on a wall, draperies, or anywhere else. So this little tabletop storage unit with a damask design from Lori at The Stonybrook House certainly caught my eye.

I was certain that she had used a standard plastic stencil for this project, but she didn’t! She used a much cheaper method…one that anyone can do. It’s not exactly a technique you’d want to use on an entire wall, but for a small project like this, it’s a brilliant solution! Click over to The Stonybrook House for the details (and a fantastic picture of Lori…it’ll make you wish you were her best friend, right there in the room with her laughing and having a great time together).

  1. That is so clever, I’ve seen some stenciling on other items in the past but I actually like this one, I usually don’t. Could be the color, I am a big time orange lover.
