The Finished Lampshades

I don’t have much time this morning. I have to get moving out the door ASAP to go help Bailey and her mom with a couple of projects for her new room design. Should be fun!

But I do at least have time to show you how the lampshades turned out.

And a side-by-side of the before and after:

Well, I’m off to make a slipcover and a headboard. Hope your day is as exciting as mine promises to be!

How would you go about recovering a lampshade that the top is narrower than the bottom? I've been wanting to redo my lamps for a while now but I'm just not sure how to make the shade look good.
