Addicts (not so) Anonymous Link Party
Happy Friday, y’all! I hope you’ve had a fantastic week! My week started off a bit rough. Our internet went down, forcing me to take a couple of days off from the blog and away from the computer. Let me tell you…separating a blogger from her blog is cruel and unusual punishment, in my opinion. 😀
But I survived, and our internet appears to be fixed now. It’s so interesting how dependent we’ve become on the internet, isn’t it? And of course, we don’t realize it until it’s not available. The conversations usually go something like this…
Me: Smooch (yes, that’s what I call Matt…LOL). Smooch, the internet’s down…again!
Matt: Okay, let me call Time Warner and see what’s going on. Do you have their number?
Me: No, but I can get online real quick and get it for you. Oh, wait…
😀 What did we ever do before the internet?! How in the world did we survive without it?!
Okay, enough about my internet dependence. Let’s get on with the party, shall we?
Just a special reminder…Please (see how nicely I’m asking?), please link back to A2D if you’re going to link your project to this link party. I don’t care if it’s a button or text. I’m really not picky. Just pretty please.
A few reminders:
- Link only things that you have done yourself…DIY projects, room makeovers, recipes, etc.;
- Please link projects that are new to A2D (repeats will be deleted);
- Link to a specific post (permalink), not to your general blog URL;
- Be aware that by linking your project to this party, you grant me permission to feature your project on other areas of the A2D site, including but not limited to the Inspiration Files gallery. I may also use your photo on the A2D Facebook Page;
- Grab a button and add it to your post (or your sidebar, or wherever…or just add a text link to A2D);
- Be sure to visit others and leave comments!!
Psstt…Unsure how to link up? Click here to see step-by-step instructions.
Addicted 2 Decorating is where I share my DIY and decorating journey as I remodel and decorate the 1948 fixer upper that my husband, Matt, and I bought in 2013. Matt has M.S. and is unable to do physical work, so I do the majority of the work on the house by myself. You can learn more about me here.
Yeah seriously, what did we do. I’m that way with phone numbers. I don’t have anyone’s number memorized because of stored numbers in my phone.
Thanks for hosting Kristi! Glad to see you are back online!
thanks so much for hosting! without the internet, i really feel so out of the loop and disconnected.
Whew – glad you got your internet fix back! I wouldn’t want to have to do an intervention and send you to blog rehab!

Sorry about the “no-net”. I’d say we are all EXTRA hooked! It’s so hard to be without 🙁
Funny, I realize how much I love electricity whenever it goes out.
Thanks for hosting! Glad you are back =)
Hey there Kiristi! That story is too funny! We lost power (internet too) a couple weeks ago for the entire wknd. and it was FREEZING!! Had to sleep in the kitchen, by the fireplace! Thanks for sharing and for having your link party 🙂 I link up every week. I would love for you to stop over at my place and tell me what you think!
Isn’t it scary how much we rely on our computer? So glad yours is up and running again.
Thanks for hosting! 🙂
Thank you for hosting a great party!
Thanks for hosting, I love seeing all the projects. If only I could find an hour with a glass of wine to peruse all of them!
I can’t link up today!
I know what you mean, I’m addicted too! It happens so quick and you don’t realize how much you love blogging until you have technical problems! Have a great weekend and thanks for hosting!
Debbie
We lost internet one day last week. When I called AT&T, and after waiting on hold for 20 minutes, it was suggested I go to their website for help. HELLO! I don’t have internet today! Kinda funny now! Glad you are up and running again. ♥ paula
My blog went down for a while today, and now my linky party is down. Ugh. Oh well, it seems to be the week of internet problems. So tough for a blogger who needs to blog like I need to breathe!! Your party looks great though! Thanks for hosting. -K
Love these crafts — a great inspiration! I recently created an Easter garden flag, and two Easter pillow for less than $3 for my children, if you’d like to take a look. The projects turned out great!
