Have You Seen Where I Work?

I really love where I work. I’m self-employed, but my office is located in a furniture and accessories store called Spice. It’s a gorgeous store–the building is fantastic (over 100 years old), and has so much character. And the items sold at the store are not your normal generic-type furniture and accessories items. The store is truly unique, and has a look all its own. It really is a great source of creative inspiration. Here’s a look inside.

First, my office (Kristi Linauer Interiors):

And here’s a sampling of the things I get to see every day at the store:

And then, just right upstairs, there’s a group of shops called The Shops Of River Square Center. They are also a great source of inspiration, and carry some fantastic items.

It’s really a great place, and one could easily spend a couple of hours looking at all of the great items. Did I mention that there’s a great little cafe upstairs also? So if you find yourself in the central Texas area, be sure to stop in!

Happy decorating,

The picture frame is a from a company called Sugarboo (I think). I know that the store will ship items, so if you’d like, I can get the pricing/shipping info and give that to you.
