Are you ready to be amazed? Because you will be. I promise.
After finding inspiration in Jonathan Adler’s elephant lamp, Joy from How Joyful decided to try her hand at making a diy elephant lamp for her baby’s nursery for a much budget-friendlier price. Not only did she try, but she succeeded.
Now didn’t that just bring a smile to your face? It’s adorable!
It looks like ceramic, doesn’t it? Well, it’s not. Joy used (you won’t believe this) styrofoam and drywall mud to create this cute little guy. It’s true, and you can see all of the details over on her blog, How Joyful.

Addicted 2 Decorating is where I share my DIY and decorating journey as I remodel and decorate the 1948 fixer upper that my husband, Matt, and I bought in 2013. Matt has M.S. and is unable to do physical work, so I do the majority of the work on the house by myself. You can learn more about me here.
