J & A Master Bedroom (and a Peek At The Fabric Selections)
Okay, okay…I didn’t quite get the chairs reupholstery finished. We’ll try again tomorrow. I had intended to quickly run to JoAnn Fabrics to get the foam and other items needed for the chairs, and then get right to work. The reality is that I got completely sidetracked picking out accent fabrics for the bedroom. Here’s what I have so far. And please, don’t ask me what’s going to be used where…yet. I’m still working on those details.
Interestingly, my favorite of all of those is probably the one on the top left, which is a medium brown linen. It’s actually a clothing fabric–not a decorator fabric–so I’m probably going to be breaking one of my own biggest rules. I think that’s somewhere around Rule #6: Never use clothing fabric for draperies or other home decor.
Oh well…rules are make to be broken, right?
