Gorgeous and Ecomonically-Priced Woven Shades
Hello! So sorry I stood y’all up yesterday! It turned out to be a CA-RAZY busy day, and time just got away from me.
I ended my workday with making some deliveries to a client–reupholstered chairs, Roman shades. This is the one I told you about a while back, where we’re using a color palette that I’ve never used before.

She painted the lower cabinets in her kitchen a dark eggplant color (actually the shade darker than the one listed above), and they are GORGEOUS!!! Seeing all of the progress on the house was so exciting for me. I can’t wait to get the project finished and hopefully share some pictures with you.
But I really could have kicked myself for not taking my camera so that I could share a picture of her woven Roman shades with you. (*Warning: The rest of this post is going to sound like a paid commercial. I promise I’m not getting paid to say this! When I have great experience with a company, I want to pass it on to you.) 🙂
When I first started sourcing products for her home, I suggested Smith + Noble for woven Roman shades. They have gorgeous products, and the quality is very reliable. But as it turned out, those didn’t exactly fit into the budget (their products really are quite expensive, especially when you’re redecorating an entire house), so I began looking for another source.
I finally stumbled upon Blindsgalore, and their prices were a fraction of those at Smith + Noble, so after reading the customer feedback, ordering samples and settling on a color, we placed the order. Since this was my first experience with this company, and we placed a HUGE order, and all orders are final, it was quite a nailbiter waiting for them to come in to see in person what they look like.
Well, they are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I really can’t speak highly enough about them. You can order them lined or unlined, and we ordered the color called Pago Pecan, which is a really nice dark brown.

Oh, and they’re having a sale! I got an e-mail just this week that about their storewide sale: 15% off EVERYTHING! So if you’re looking for really beautiful, economically-priced natural woven Roman shades, I highly recommend Blingsgalore. They have great customer service, too!

I've not heard of them, so thanks for the tip! Also very glad that everything turned out well with the order/installation!
Window treatments can be sooo expensive – thanks for sharing a reasonably-priced option 🙂
I just got an awesome deal from blindchalet.com. I got 5 2in white faux wood blinds for $175.00 and two of them were 70inch wide.
I found them after doing a exhausting search for the best online deal.
I guess I caught the right sale with them, I love them!!
love your site
